By setting a Timed Event on the MiniTimer that insures your air purifier only runs for two hours just before you come home from work each day, you’ll come home to clean air every evening.Step 1.
Plug an Appliance Module in to the wall socket that you usually use for your air purifier.or
Step 2.
If it’s important that your home décor is seamless, replace your existing wall socket with a new X10 SuperSocket. It has an appliance module built into it and blends easily with your existing electrical sockets.Step 3.
Plug in the MiniTimer elsewhere in your house and set the digital clock to the present time.Step 4.
Set a Timed Event to your MiniTimer that only allows power to the SuperSocket or Appliance Module only during appropriate times of day. Pick a time when you know you’ll be away so you’re air purifier is at work while you’re gone. Easy!Don’t forget!
Don’t forget to set a shutoff time as well as a start time. You don’t want to leave the air purifier running any longer than you have to.
